(Lauren E.) The Pigman Main Conflict

I think that the main conflict is man vs. man. I think this because the characters are trying to decide what is happening with Mr. Pignati and how he is feeling. The characters are struggling with their home life like not having very money money, John is needing to make better choices, etc. John and Lorraine know that Mr. Pignati has been sad because his wife has been in California for a month. The idea that they don't know why Mr. Pignati is being all social with them is the reason that the conflict has gone further. I think that John and Lorraine will somewhat solve the problem. I think this because they will find out more about Mr. Pignati and not be as worried. That is what I think will happen.
