I would say John is a very strong character he is not one to be taken lightly. He is definitely not afraid to say what is on his mind as you all know if you read the book (Pigman). He is definitely no pushover  but he is  mostly the one standing over someone. He is this way because in the books he is this coning very self-centered person  who is looking out for him and is always getting what he wants even if it means to lie or fight. Some people do call this type of person very brave or careless. My group said he was in the middle because some of these trait do drag him done and i do not disagree with that but at the end he dose end up the better person ~ I guess in his own way~( i am done with book)
